Panzer Dragoon Zwei: Remake should run like a dream on PC
Panzer Dragoon Zwei: Remake’s PC system requirements are incredibly low
Following its TGS 2025 re-reveal, Panzer Dragoon Zwei: Remake has received a Steam page and official PC system requirements. While the game lacks a firm release date, Steam lists the game as “coming soon”. Better still, the game has PC system requirements that are low enough to guarantee that the game will run well on most gaming PCs.
This remake aims to replicate the original’s styling while delivering significantly improved visuals. The remake seeks to be faithful to the original, with both classic and modern control options for purists and newcomers, respectively. Players will also be able to enjoy the game’s new “Pandora’s Box” mode, which gives gamers new gameplay options, modifications, and mission variants after completing the game’s campaign.
Step into the role of Jean Jacque Lundi, a young rider who, together with his extraordinary companion – a dragon named Lagi – embarks on a dangerous journey filled with battles, discoveries, and the secrets of ancient civilisations.
The gameplay remains a classic on-rail shooter – fast-paced combat where you strike down enemies with both Lundi’s gun and Lagi’s devastating lasers. With the Berserk Attack at your disposal, even the toughest encounters may turn in your favour.
Panzer Dragoon Zwei: Remake will be able to run on PCs with GPUs as old as Nvidia’s GTX 970. That’s a GPU from 2014. The game’s recommended GPU is Nvidia’s GTX 1660, a mid-range GPU released in 2019. Simply put, PC gamers with anything resembling modern PC hardware should be able to run this game with ease. That’s refreshing to hear given the poor performance of recent PC releases (cough, Borderlands 4, cough).
