Patch Acquired – Insomniac delivers a new bug-fixing update for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
Expect Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart to both look and run better on PC thanks to Insomniac’s latest game update
Insomniac Games and Nixxes have released a new update for the PC version of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, addressing several game bugs and graphical issues to make the game both look and run better on PC.Â
Thanks to today’s update, textures should now load in correctly, addressing a bug that resulted in certain textures loading in at low resolutions. Ray traced water reflection bugs have also been addressed, making the game look better than ever with ray tracing enabled.
With this game update adding new stability fixes and optimisations, PC gamers should expect Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart to crash less frequently and to run slightly faster than before. That said, this is not a performance-focused patch, so do not expect major framerate gains thanks to today’s update.
