Straight4 Studios has dropped a new “Single Player Reveal” for Project Motor Racing alongside the game’s release date. The Project Motor Racing will be coming to PC and consoles on November 25th, complete with 70+ iconic cars and 10 definitive racing classes.

With developers from Slightly Mad Studios and Simbin, Straight4 Studios has a strong racing predegree. Project Motor Racing uses a “benchmark-setting physics engine” and is said to be incredibly “mod-friendly.” Based on these statements, the game’s “Giant Engine 10” promises to deliver strong racing simulations and great gaming visuals.

Project Motor Racing ignites all the passion, beauty, and intensity of professional motorsport. Race across eras in 70+ iconic cars across 10 definitive racing classes in intense Single Player Career and Online Racing Modes.

Your single-player campaign mode in Project Motor Racing will force you, like never before, to think and react like a professional driver. One misjudged moment can end your career in an instant.
Negotiate budgets, sponsorship, buy your cars, and get ready to feel what it’s really like to carry the weight of an entire team on your shoulders. This is the high-stakes pressure of real motorsport.

With a new, benchmark-setting physics engine built on the mod-friendly GIANTS Engine 10 that delivers unmatched handling realism and high-fidelity FFB, “living” cockpits with visible G-forces, dirt, heat-haze, and 27 scanned track layouts, all with dynamic weather, adaptive race & drying line, and full 24-hour day/night cycle, November 25 is when you get to experience the cauldron that is pure motor racing.

Project Motor Racing

The origins of this game come from EA’s cancellation of the Project Cars franchise and the closure of Slightly Mad Studios in 2022. In a sense, Protect Motor Racing is a spiritual successor to Project Cars. PMR promises immersive sound design, dynamic weather conditions, a 24-hour day/night cycle, and other advanced features. With Straight4’s team of “Factory Drivers”, every car in the game has been tested and approved by brand partners to assure authentic levels of handling precision and accuracy. In other words, this is a proper sim racer.

If you are a fan of single-player games, Project Motor Racing’s single-player campaign promises to deliver the experience of a professional racing driver. Players can negotiate budgets, sponsorship, buy cars, and manage their teams. There’s more to racing than just racing. If online play is your thing, there is also plenty of online racing modes to explore.

Project Motor Racing will be available on PC through Steam on November 25th.
