Return to Moria is the Epic Games Store’s latest free game

Epic’s newest free game lets you rebuild the Dwarven homeland

Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria has become the first free “Mystery Game” of the Epic Games Store’s Christmas freebies.

The game launched in August, making this a relatively new PC release. The game is a survival crafting game set after the events of Lord of the Rings. The Dwarves are rebuilding Moria, and players can take part in the action.

Next week, another “Mystery Game” will be available for free through the Epic Games Store. If Epic follows tradition, Epic Games will start giving away a free game every day at some point during the Christmas period. As always, the Epic Games Store will be a great place to expand your gaming library this Christmas.

Today, the Epic Games Store has also started its Christmas Sale. This means that PC gamers can now grab a lot of games at bargain prices. For example, Hogwarts Legacy is now available with a 75% discount, and Dragon Age Vanguard has a 35% discount.
