Shadow Warrior 3 has been revealed for PC

Devolver Digital and Flying Wild Hog have officially revealed Shadow Warrior 3, the sixth game in the long-running ninja FPS franchise. This will be the third entry since the game's reboot by Flying Wild Hog, who rebooted the series with Devolver Digital in 2014.

So far, Shadow Warrior 3 only has a teaser trailer, a Steam page and a 2020 release date, promising players fast-paced gameplay, a variety of new movement techniques and "spectacular finishing moves".

Devolver Digital is expected to showcase gameplay for Shadow Warrior 3 at Devolver Direct 2020, which will be hosted this Saturday and showcase all upcoming titles from the publisher.
Below is what's listed on the Steam page for Shadow Warrior 3

Fallen corporate shogun Lo Wang and his former employer turned nemesis turned sidekick Orochi Zilla embark on an improbable mission to recapture an ancient dragon they unwillingly unleashed from its eternal prison. Armed with a punishing mix of blades and bullets, Lo Wang must traverse uncharted parts of the world to track down the dark beast and push the apocalypse back yet again. All it will take is the mask of a dead god, a dragon's egg, a touch of magic, and enough firepower to hold off the impending cataclysm.
