Smash some rats! Vermintide 2 is currently free to keep on Steam

PC gamers can now grab a free copy of Vermintide 2 on Steam

Until November 24th, PC gamers will be able to grab a free copy of Warhammer: Vermintide 2 on Steam. The game is a fantasy melee co-op game from Fatshark. It is set in the Warhammer Fantasy setting, with players teaming up with up to three other players to battle against the Skaven Horde or the forces of Chaos.

Vermintide 2 has been in development since 2018, receiving tonnes of additional content and improvements over that time. The game’s “base” content has doubled, thanks to the addition of free DLCs and new game modes. The game’s newest update landed on November 20th, making now a great time to start playing Vermintide 2.

Players who redeem the game now will be able to play the game forever. This is not a free weekend or a free trial; this is a free game. Until November 30th, the game will be running a double XP event, allowing newcomers to level up and unlock new content quickly.

PC gamers can grab their free copy of Vermintide 2 on Steam. Note that Vermintide 2 does not support Valve’s Steam Deck handheld or SteamOS due to its use of anti-cheat software.
