Star Wars Battlefront 2 will be playable at EA's Play event

Star Wars Battlefront 2 and the next Need for Speed will be playable at EA's Play event between June 10th and 12th that surrounds E3 2017 in Los Angeles. Tickets for this event will be sold starting on April 20th at 9am PST, but please note that this is a separate event from E3 and that EA Play tickets will not get owners into E3.

Several upcoming EA Sports games like Madden and FIFA 18 will also be available to play at the event. At this time the ticket price for this event has not been announced.

So let's get to it. From June 10 - 12, players joining us in Hollywood will get hands on with the next Star Wars Battlefront and Need for Speed experiences.

You'll also get your first chance to play a many of our upcoming EA SPORTS titles: Madden NFL 18, FIFA 18 and NBA LIVE 18. This isn't all, by the way...and we'll have more to share in the coming months.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 will be playable at EA's Play event

EA has already confirmed that their next Star Wars Battlefront will feature a single-player campaign and will feature characters and heroes from multiple Star Wars Eras.

The next Star Wars Battlefront will be released in late 2017, with EA planning to release more information on the game in the coming months. Those who are critical of 2015's Star Wars Battlefront will be glad that the series will be gaining a single-player campaign, with a new Star Wars story that will likely span through several time periods within the series.

The new Need for Speed was awful, and that comes from someone that enjoyed Hot Pursuit, The Run and Most Wanted 2012.Quote
