Stellar Blade is coming to PC in 2025 – Shift Up confirms

Stellar Blade is coming to PC next year

Shift Up has confirmed that it plans to bring its PlayStation 5 hit, Stellar Blade, to PC in 2025. The game is expected to arrive on Steam on PC, and Shift Up expects strong sales on the platform.

Currently, Shift Up expects expects their game to sell better on PC than it did on PlayStation 5. This is due to Steam’s growing share of the AAA gaming market and the success of games like Black Myth Wukong and others on the platform. As of now, there appears to be no plan to bring the game to Xbox.

We are aiming to launch the game in 2025. Considering recent trends, such as Steam’s growing share of the AAA game market, and the global success of Black Myth: Wukong, we expect to see more success on PC than consoles.

There have been many cases in recent history where games sold best on PC. Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3 both sold best on PC. Furthermore, Capcom’s PC revenues have grown to account for more than 50% of its game sales. This is a major reason why most Xbox and PlayStation exclusive games now come to PC.

Shift Up has also confirmed that they plan to expand into the US with a second studio in Los Angeles. Shift Up is a South Korean game developer that is estimated to have 300 employees.
