Stellar Blade shown running at crazy high framerates on PC
Stellar Blade will support Nvidia’s DLSS 4 tech at launch
Stellar Blade is coming to PC in June, and Nvidia has confirmed that the game will support its DLSS 4 technology on day 1. That gives the game support for DLSS Super Resolution, Multi Frame Generation, and Nvidia Reflex.
Even without Nvidia’s AI tech, Stellar Blade appears to run great on PC. In the gameplay video below, Nvidia has shown the game run at over 100 FPS at 4K Max settings on an RTX 5090. With Nvidia’s DLSS technology enabled, framerates are above 300 FPS.
Developed by SHIFT UP, the critically acclaimed Stellar Blade arrives on PC this June, boasting day-one support for the complete suite of DLSS 4 technologies. DLSS Multi Frame Generation will maximize performance on GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs. DLSS Frame Generation will multiply frame rates for GeForce RTX 40 Series gamers. DLSS Super Resolution, utilizing our newest transformer AI model will further enhance image quality. And NVIDIA Reflex will reduce PC latency, further improving gameplay responsiveness, helping you survive the gameâs most challenging encounters.

While Nvidia’s RTX 5090 GPU is far more powerful than the GPUs in most gaming PCs, the fact that Stellar Blade runs well without DLSS at 4K max settings is a good sign. After all, most PC gamers don’t use a 4K monitor. Even if they do, they likely use upscalers to maximise the performance of their GPUs anyway. It is likely that Stellar Blade will run well on PC with most modern graphics cards.
Based on the video above, it looks like the PC version of Stellar Blade is well optimised. We will see this for ourselves when it launches, but for now, things look great.
