Super Bernie World is the strangest way to celebrate Mario day

Today is March 10th, MAR 10, Mario Day, and the “Gamedevs for Bernie” have given you one of the strangest ways to celebrate the legacy of Nintendo’s best-known mascot.

Meet “Super Bernie World”, a Mario clone which sees Bernie Sanders march across 11 states and the District of Columbia over 12 levels and 4 worlds. The game is available for free on Steam and Itch on Windows, macOS and Linux.

Yes, this game is political, containing ICE bullets, Mitch troopas and Republican politician bosses, but on Steam, the game has mostly received praise so far. That said, some gamers have complained about slippery control and strangely-size hitboxes.

This game will support both gamepad and keyboard controls and will run on any modern PC with ease.
