Bandai Namco has announced that the PC version of Tales of Berseria will be releasing on PC on January 26th, 2017 on the Steam Platform.

The developers also announced the game's PC system requirements, which state that the game can run on dual core CPUs and GPUs as old as the 9800 GTX. The game will run on the DirectX 9 API and will take up 15GB of storage space. 

On its dedicated Steam page Tales of Berseria is listed as having Steam Cloud support, full controller support, Steam achievements and Shared/Split-screen play, making it seem that the developers have put some serious effort into the game's PC release. 

 

 

Below are the PC system requirements for Tales of Berseria, which will function on Windows-based system using Windows 7 and above and pretty much any modern GPU hardware. 

 

MINIMUM:

    • OS: Windows 7, 8, 10 (64-bit) 
    • Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0GHz or AMD Phenom II X2 550, 3.1GHz 
    • Memory: 2 GB RAM 
    • Graphics: GeForce 9800 GTX or AMD Radeon HD 4850 
    • DirectX: Version 9.0c 
    • Storage: 15 GB available space 
    • Sound Card: DirectX 11 compatible

 

RECOMMENDED: 

    • OS: Windows 7, 8, 10 (64-bit) 
    • Processor: Intel Core i5-750, 2.66GHz or AMD Phenom II X4 965, 3.2GHz 
    • Memory: 4 GB RAM 
    • Graphics: GeForce GTX 560 or Radeon HD 7870 
    • DirectX: Version 9.0c 
    • Storage: 15 GB available space 
    • Sound Card: DirectX 11 compatible

Hmm, now that is a strange typo. Fixed now.

I do agree, Bandai Manco does sound like a company that would make a Anime game with that particular style in mind.Quote
