The dates for Steam’s Summer Sale have leaked – Prepare your wallets

Summer is almost here and you know what that means, Steam’s Summer sale coming, granting PC gamers a slew of offers that will ensure that we all have plenty go games to play over the coming months. 

As usual, the sates of Valve’s Steam sale have leaked onto the web, revealing that the Steam Summer Sale will begin on June 25th and last for two weeks, ending on July 9th. 

We have confirmed that Epic Games also plans to host a premiere sales event this summer, though at this time it is unknown when this event will take place. Over the past few months, Epic Games has been taking every opportunity it can to Steam Valve’s thunder, making their planned summer sale a great opportunity to garner more media attention. 

Those who missed out on many recent AAA released will likely see them on Steam with significant discounts, with Valve’s Winter sale seeing games like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Shadow of the Tomb Raider ship with staggeringly high 50% discounts. Both of these games were months old at the time.
