The Division Resurgence is coming to PC/Steam on August 5th
The Division Resurgence is launching on PC next month
Ubisoft has just announced that The Division Resurgence is coming to PC on August 5th. The game will arrive on PC through Steam and Ubisoft Connect. Until now, the game has only been available through iOS and Android.
Resurgence is a free-to-play looter-shooter RPG that is set in New York City. The game offers 3rd-person tactical combat and is playable solo or in co-op. Like other The Division games, combat in Resurgence is cover-based. Timing, positioning and teamwork are critical for success. Players will be able to use skills and gadgets to turn the tide of battle, or just pure firepower.
With Resurgence, Ubisoft has promised a “living game” with regular updates that expand the game’s story and refresh its world. The battle for New York is evolving, and new challenges are always around the corner.

Ahead of the game’s full PC launch, Ubisoft has released details of PC system requirements for The Division Resurgence. Note that this game’s recommended GPUs for 4K 60 FPS are Nvidia’s GeForce GTX (not RTX!) 1660 Ti, AMD’s RX 5600 XT, and Intel’s ARC A750. All of these GPUs are low-end by today’s standard, but they can run this game at 4K 60 FPS.
As a PC version of a mobile experience, The Division Resurgence isn’t going to be a graphical powerhouse. That said, the game promises to run well on PC and deliver a solid experience. Right now, the game is available on Ubisoft Connect (Early Access), Android and iOS. On August 5th, the game will be officially launching on PC through Ubisoft Connect and Steam.
