Medallion’s humming… that can only mean one thing! It’s time to announce The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Songs of the Past!

This brand new expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will take you to the Path with Geralt of Rivia once more. It’s being co-developed with Fools_Theory and is coming to PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 in 2027. Stay tuned for more information in late summer.

With this new DLC, CD Project Red is abandoning last-generation platforms. Songs of the Past will not run on Switch, PlayStation 4, or Xbox One. The DLC isn’t coming to Switch 2. That said, The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt currently lacks a native Switch 2 version.

The artwork for this DLC shows Geralt unsheathing a third sword. Note that Geralt still has two swords on his back. The artwork also shows a tree-like monster in the background. This monster is unlike the Leshens we see in the base game.
