The Riftbreaker is coming to Xbox Game Pass on day-1 – Even on PC

Microsoft has announced that EXOR Studios’ The Riftbreaker will be available as part of Xbox Game Pass on Day-1, arriving on both PC and Xbox Series consoles.

The Riftbreaker is a game that offers hybrid gameplay, acting as a base-builder, rogue-like, and action-survival title. Players, known as Riftbreakers, will travel through rifts to unknown worlds, where they will be tasked with creating a portal back to earth, using their powerful mecha-suits to create structures, mine resources and survive against an onslaught of hostile alien creatures.

On PC and Xbox Series consoles, The Riftbreaker will utilise DirectX 12 Ultimate features to deliver next-generation visuals, offering players ray-traced ambient occlusion and ray traced soft shadows to deliver excellent graphical results.

On Xbox consoles, The Riftbreaker will support both gamepads and mouse/keyboard controls, just like the game’s PC version.

We’re very excited to announce that The Riftbreaker will be available Day One for Xbox consoles and Windows PCs. The game will be released this Fall, simultaneously on all platforms.

The Riftbreaker is due to release this fall on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles.
