Ubisoft confirms Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Reveal Event

Ubisoft dates Assassin’s Creed Black Flag reveal showcase

Ubisoft has confirmed that it will be hosting a “Worldwide reveal showcase” for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced on April 23rd. The event will start at 5 PM BST, with Ubisoft saying that “The Iconic Solo Pirate Adventure Returns”. If this statement is correct, we are unlikely to see any multiplayer modes for this game.

Recent rumours have suggested that Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced will be released this summer. It is currently unknown what will be included with this new remake. At a minimum, gamers can expect enhanced gameplay and improved visuals. However, there are rumours that the game will include new story elements. Insider Gaming’s Tom Henderson has claimed that Resynced will feature new crewmates, new quests, improved underwater exploration, and a pet for your ship. Furthermore, there are reportedly new “Backstory chapters”.

Gamers can expect to learn everything they need to know about Black Flag Resynced on April 23rd. The original game was played by over 34 million players, and Ubisoft plans to capitalise on this success with this remake. Note that the original Black Flag was released in October 2013, making the game over 12 years old. How much has technology improved since then? We will find out later this week.
