Ubisoft’s Prince of Persia The Sands of Time Remake has been delayed, again

Ubisoft has announced that the release of their Pince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake has been delayed, with the company revealing no new release date or even a vague 2021 timeframe.

This extra development time will “enable our teams to deliver a remake that feels fresh while remaining faithful to the original”, according to Ubisoft> Previously, the remake of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time was due to release on March 18th 2021, with that day being a delay after the game’s original January 21st 2021 release date.

When Ubisoft first revealed its Prince of Persia The Sands of Time remake, fans of the series criticised the game’s visuals. Ubisoft appears to be taking this feedback seriously.

We do not know when Ubisoft plans to showcase their Prince of Persia The Sands of Time remake, with Ubisoft promising nothing more than merely keeping them “post on the progress”.
