Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 Extended PC System Requirements Launched

Is your PC ready for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2?

The Chinese Room have released “Extended” PC system requirements for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2. These requirements list recommended hardware for 60 FPS gameplay at native 1080p, 1440p, and 4K resolutions. Additionally, they have higher “Ultra” hardware recommendations that utilise Nvidia DLSS.

Based on Bloodlines 2’s standard hardware requirements, the game won’t be absurdly demanding on PC, at least at high settings. Even without using upscaling, gamers won’t need mega-powerful gaming PCs to run this game at 60 FPS at 1080p and 1440p. Sadly, this game’s “Ultra” requirements do not account for non-NVIDIA GPU users. Hence, no mention of AMD or Intel GPUs. FSR and XeSS upscaling is also not mentioned.

Storage-wise, Bloodlines 2 is only 30GB in size, and the game’s RAM requirements are low for a modern PC release. For 1080p 60 FPS gameplay, AMD’s RX 6700 XT and Nvidia’s RTX 3060 Ti are recommended. For 1440p 60 FPS gameplay, Nvidia’s RTX 3070 and AMD’s RTX 7700 XT are recommended. If you plan on running the game at 4K, AMD’s RX 7900 XTX and Nvidia’s RTX 4080 should be able to run the game at 60 FPS at high settings.

It is recommended that PC gamers install the newest GPU drivers available for their graphics card before playing this game. This will ensure that gamers have optimal performance in-game. Bloodlines 2 will be launching on PC on October 21st through Steam.
