Visuals by Impulse is joining Elgato – Corsair Acquires Visuals by Impulse
Visuals by Impulse (VBI) provide streamers with custom overlays, alerts, and widgets that allow them to customise their broadcasts, allowing them to create more unique and entertaining content across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, and other services.Â
By becoming a sub-brand under Elgato, VBI will have the resources to deliver streamers new tools and products and solidify the brand as a staple of the streaming landscape. This co-operation will also enable deeper integration of VBI visuals into Elgato products, such as the Steam Deck and EpocCam App. VBI will also be teaming up with other Corsair brands on some future projects, like ORIGIN PC, SCUF Gaming and Corsair themselves.Â
Within VBI, the company has stated that the acquisition will allow them to offer more designs, give their employees more competitive salaries and take on new staff. This will allow the company to deliver more content while improving their workers’ quality of life with better pay and new perks.
