The Retail version of Windows 10 will be releasing on August 16th, according to an Amazon US listing and will come on USB stick. Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the OS will be included on a single memory stick and will be available for $119 and $199 for the retail versions of Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro respectively.

Windows 10 Retail Releasing on August 16th, Will come on USB

This release is over 2 weeks after the initial wave of Windows 10 upgrades which will start on July 29th on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 based devices. This staggering of the new operating systems release has likely been done to both decrease the load on Microsoft's servers and so that Microsoft can much more easily fix most small bugs which are present in the OS before it reaches the majority of it's future users.

Windows 10 will bring back the Windows Start menu, release Cortana, Microsoft's "Siri like" personal assistant and will finally bring DirectX12 to PC gamers.
