World War 3 is coming to Steam next month – PC system requirements revealed
Alongside the reveal of World War 3’s release date, The Farm 51 has also revealed the titles PC system requirements, for 64-bit Windows 7 or newer Microsoft platforms.
World War 3 is a multiplayer military FPS set in a modern, global conflict. Join the fight in massive infantry battles, gain an advantage over the enemy with personalized weapons, vehicles and drones. Experience true tactical combat in the global struggle where every battle counts.
On the low-end, World War 3 is designed to run on processors that offer similar performance levels to Intel’s Sandy Bridge i5 2500K, though the developer recommends stronger processor models like the Haswell-based i7 4790K. No AMD-powered processors are listed within World War 3’s PC system requirements.
On the GPU-side, The Farm 51 has listed a minimum graphics requirement of a Nvidia GTX 770 or a Radeon HD 7870, while recommending a Geforce GTX 970 or a Radeon R9 290. The game will also require at least 8GB of system memory, with The Farm 51 recommending 16GB of system memory and 35GB of storage.
World War 3 will support both DirectX 11 and DirectX 12.
