Xbox Game Pass for PC gets a price increase as its exits beta and adds EA Play
While this price increase may seem like a bad thing for PC gamers, it is worth saying that Xbox Game Pass for PC still offers PC gamers excellent value. Beyond that, Microsoft has announced that EA Play will be added to Xbox Game Pass for PC this holiday season, adding a lot of extra value into the mix.Â
Xbox Game Pass for PC includes games from Bethesda, Deep Silver, Devolver Digital, Paradox Interactive and Sega. Adding EA into that mix will make Game Pass one of the best value subscription services available on the platform.
For those who want more, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Game Pass for Xbox and Windows PCs as well as support for xCloud, Microsoft’s Xbox cloud streaming service. xCloud exits beta on September 15th, adding extra value to Game Pass Ultimate. Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Game Pass for PC, Xbox Live, EA Play (coming soon) and xCloud game streaming (Starting September 15th) for $14.99 per month.Â
