ASUS’ new ROG G1000 gaming prebuilds are NUTS!

ASUS goes all-out with its ROG G1000 pre-built gaming PCs

At CES 2026, ASUS unveiled its new ROG G1000 gaming desktop, and it is a behemoth. With up to an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU and RTX 5090 (or RX 9070 XT) graphics, it is as high-end as a pre-built gaming desktop can get.

What’s crazy about the G1000 is that it isn’t just the hardware inside that’s impressive. ASUS has kitted-out this machine with three “AniMe Holo” holographic displays to give this PC a unique look. Furthermore, they have created a three-chambered cooling system to help minimise system thermals. ASUS didn’t just throw high-end hardware in a box and call it a day, they constructed something special for its ROG fans.

Three holographic displays – AniMe Holo

On the case’s front panel and side panel, ASUS has given its G1000 PC three “AniMe Holo” holographic projectors, which project holographic images on the case’s tempered glass front and side panels. This gives this PC a unique look, and users can project anything they want onto their PC case. This includes static images and animations.

Triple-chamber cooling design

The G1000 is equipped with separate cooling chambers for its PSU, CPU Liquid cooler, and main chassis. This means that this case’s PSU, GPU, and CPU cooler will all intake air from outside the case, delivering optimal cooling performance. This kind of cooling design is rare, even within the DIY PC building market. ASUS deserves high praise for doing this for a pre-build.

ASUS has even used a large 420mm CPU liquid cooling solution for this PC, which is about as large as you can get. Team ROG is pulling out all the stops with its G1000.

System Specifications

As mentioned before, the ROG G1000 will be available with CPUs up to AMD’s Ryzen 9 9950X3D and GPUs up to AMD’s Radeon RX 9070 XT and Nvidia’s RTX 5090. The system will also be available with up to 2TB of M.2 storage. Additionally, the system has four total M.2 slots for storage. That means that users can easily add more M.2 SSD storage to this system.

ASUS didn’t have to go this hard when building the G1000, but they did. We love it! Keep this up ASUS!
