Nintendo announces their Mini Famicom home console
Nintendo announces their Mini Famicom home console, offering 30 built-in games and the ability to connect to modern HDMI displays.
This new Famicom unit will come in an ultra small form factor and operates via USB power, sadly this unit will not be able to use original game cartridges, though it will come with a lot of the consoles most popular titles.
This console will be available in Japan Only for the price of 5,980 Yen, which is around £45 or $59 and comes with two controllers that are built into the unit.
For the most part, the Nintendo Mini Famicom will come with the game games lineup as the Mini NES, which is a console that will be available in the UK on November 11th, though the most notable exceptions that are included on the Famicom River City Ransom and Final Fantasy III.
