Up Close - Comfort
The packaging is exactly what you'd expect from a high end headset coming from such a famous audio specialist. Clear product imagery ties in with subtle features and a protective inner design ensuring that your purchase arrives in the same condition it left the factory.
Headband pressure is something we know a lot of people take issue with, sensitive scalps being a thing, and the GSP670 have adjustable pressure with the two sliders built in. At least it guarantees you'll find a setting that lets you wear them all day long.
The hinges, which we'll look at in more detail on the next page, also come with plenty of height adjustment so that even if you have a head shaped like a rugby ball, or ears on your jaw, you'll be able to put the Sennheiser headset exactly where you need it to be.
The ear cups are a key component in the war against discomfort and the GSP 670 have soft suede-like material giving a cushioned feel against your head, whilst the leatherette surrounds keep in the sound to stop it bleeding to the outside world or, if you're as anti-social as us, stops the outside world bleeding into your ears.
