Conclusion

Cooler Master’s Cosmos Infinity 30th Anniversary case is an insane product that has an equally insane price tag. £1699 is a lot of money, and it makes sense why Cooler Master is only making 999 of these cases, and why only twelve of them will be available in the UK. The Cosmos Infinity Anniversary Edition is not designed to be a mass produced product, it is designed to be a limited run case that offers users customisations that they will not see anywhere else.

For £1699, customers in the UK will be getting the Cosmos Infinity Case with a Limited Edition 30th Anniversary 1300V power supply, a 30th Anniversary MasterLiquid PL360 Flux CPU cooler, and a large number of 30th Anniversary Mobius ARGB fans. All of these are expensive add-ons, but that does not make the price of this thing any easier to comprehend.

If you want something that feels premium, the Cosmos Infinity is a product that has the quality in spades. Let’s face it though, this is a case that most of us will only see in our dreams, be it due to its limited edition status, or its four-digit price tag. There are so many little details in this case that make it unique, even when compared to other Cosmos series cases. The case is also incredibly heavy, thanks to this case’s sheer size, its huge tempered glass side panels, its custom CNC metal components, and its included liquid cooler and power supply. This case is something that you will need two strong people to move, especially if stairs are involved.

Cooler Master could have slapped a 30th Anniversary badge on any of their cases and called it their 30th Anniversary Limited Edition chassis. Instead, Cooler Master decided to make something that is properly special. The Cosmos Infinity is a chassis that truly deserves its limited edition status, and it is easy to see why this chassis costs as much as it does. While it is well outside of the realms of affordability for most people, it is undeniable that this product is something special. The Cosmos series was always a premium case lineup, but the Cosmos Infinity has taken things to a whole new level.

In the future, we plan to use the Cosmos Infinity as part of a full system build, which means that you can look forward to seeing us using this case at some point in the future.

Cooler Master has decided to do something unique to celebrate their 30th anniversary, and we respect that. Have you seen any other case manufacturer contribute this kind of effort to celebrate one of their major milestones? Limited run PC cases aren’t new, but it is rare to see limited run cases that are so unique. Most company settle for a branded paint job and a limited edition badge. Cooler Master has created something that is truly premium.
