Introduction
The AIO market is now so dominant that almost everyone runs with one in their system. We can understand why too. Few things are worse than your system doing its best impression of a vacuum cleaner when you're just trying to do something, and worse still is the thermal degradation affecting your performance. Why spend all that money on a monster processor if you haven't got sufficient cooling to let it run at its optimal level of ability?
Cooler Master, as the name suggests, had a whole host of very famous air coolers and naturally expanded into the world of all-in-one water cooling solutions. Not all of them have been a success but the important thing is that they are never going to be found resting on their laurels and, instead, are on a constant quest to refine and improve their designs to bring high end cooling at a low noise level.
The newest addition to their MasterLiquid range is the PL360 Flux. As you might guess from the name, it's a 360mm radiator. What we really like though is the redesigned fans which promise to cut down on some of the unwelcome noise that older fans had at higher RPM levels. There is, as always, only one way to discover how successful this has been, and that's to get out our famous Core i9-9900K - the only thing that will still be toasty warm after the heat-death of the universe - and see how well the Flux can tame it.
