NA-HC Heatsink covers

First in the new Chromax line we have the NA-HC heat sink covers.  Obviously Noctua can't roll out covers for each and every one of their extensive cooling catalogue, but they have catered for their popular performance end of the market, with smaller covers for the  coolers based on the NH-U12S range of coolers, namely the NH-U12S, NH-U12S TR4-SP3 and NH-U12S SE-AM4 heatsinks, and the larger NH-D15S based coolers, namely the NH-D15, NH-D15S and NH-D15 SE-AM4 heatsinks.

Opening the usual high end feel Noctua packaging reveals a pair of covers, this one, in white.  The covers are held in place very securely to prevent damage in transport.

Both the larger and smaller covers are available in Gloss White, Satin Black, or, what is referred to by Noctua as the "Black Swap", which is seen in the center.  As you can see, the Black Swap has cut outs which are designed to be used in conjunction with the range of coloured inserts to enable you to match your cover to the overall colour theme of your build.

Fitting the covers is a piece of piddle, thanks to the ever clear and concise instructions provided.

We think you'll agree, that once the Chromax heat sink covers are fitted to their respective heat sinks they really do look the the muts-nuts.  Who'd of thought that something that looked this sexy could be a Noctua?

OMG they look astonishing. Finally after all those years... Properly good looking Noctua stuff. You get the urge to ditch your water cooling and put these in.

For me this is undoubtedly the best product to come out in recent years.Quote
