NZXT Noctis Gaming Case 450 Review

Introduction and Technical Specification

NZXT Noctis 450

Introduction

Unless you've had your head buried in the sand or inserted somewhere tighter but less pleasant, you'll know that the H440 from NZXT was the first case ever to be awarded Tom's White Gold award.  The reason for this was that aside from its obvious attributes Tom considered it a case he himself would like to own and would actively pursue.  Praise indeed.  So where does the Noctis 450 fit into this you may ask?  Well, it shares much of the same internals and chassis as the H440 but is aimed more at the gamer/performance end of the market than the H440 which has more of a low noise profile.  Needles to say, the pressure is certainly on it to perform, and just one look at it will tell you that it doesn't intend to take in prisoners in the aesthetics department.  Is it performance perfection personified?  Well you'll have to read on to find out...

To me this case looks like a combo on the H440 & a Phantom case unless that is the idea. Still looks nice thoQuote

The front reminds me a lot of the old Lexa S with a bit of Phantom and a Switch/Phantom window.

Personally I think it looks horrible :|Quote

IMO It doesn't look no where near as good as the H440, From what you're saying is it looks like they just threw it together.Quote

Not a fan at all. Its a shame as they've been on a role aesthetically recently.Quote
