Up Close: Exterior Front, Rear and Base
The Chrome effect strip along the base of the solid Aluminium case front illuminates with the Silverstone logo when the case is powered up and otherwise mimics the chrome line that navigates the side panels. The case front is otherwise devoid of features aside from a very craftily hidden slim 5.25" slot. The slot itself is covered with a rubber strip which can be removed if the slot is to be used.
At the rear I/O is actually on the top of the case the rear is a fairly quiet place. the large aperture seen below is actually the exit hole for all the cables to run rearwards after they have exited their respective sockets. Below this there's a good sized cut out for a PSU fan. Turning the case over reveals a base as minimalistic in design as the sides, with just four slim rubber feet to make mention of.
The side panels are both lined with a sound absorbent foam as opposed to the heavier bitumen based type. In use they do a good job of dampening vibrations and reducing Noise-Vibration Harshness.
The open-ness of the the top should allow for decent heat dissipation
