Like PC Mark, Passmark tests the abilities of your whole system from raw calculation tasks through 2D and 3D graphics performance all the way up to storage speeds.
As we've moved from the GTX 980Ti to the RTX 2080Ti this graph has been sorted by the CPU performance, as the non-Ryzen 3rd Gen tests were performed with the GTX and thus aren't directly comparable if we chose to sort by the final Passmark score.

Fantastic performance and it's brilliant to see the 3900X is literally nipping at the heels of the 9900K in gaming, I don't need 16 cores of the 3950X coming in September but the 12 core model is calling my name and I'm doubly happy as the performance difference is negligible between X470/570, Ace review Tom, Appreciate the hard work !
