Civilization VI

Knowing that some of you prefer title-specific graphs, here are the games alone, sorted by the game’s minimum frame rate. Or in this case turn time.

With Civilization VI, it doesn’t take much to run the game at 60+ FPS framerates, so we have decided to focus instead on turn times with the game’s Gathering Storm AI benchmark at 1080p Ultra settings.

Looking at results for CPUs like our Ryzen 5 3400G, it is clear that some architectures and lower core count processors can run Civilization VI with significantly longer turn times, forcing players to wait longer between turns. Below, we can see that Intel still retains a small advantage, though we can see some improvement moving from AMD’s Ryzen 9 3900 XT to their New Ryzen 9 5900X.
