ASUS ROG Strix X370-i Gaming Review

3D Mark

Usually we mention here about how 3D Mark is so GPU dependant that really we're looking for chinks in the armour rather than expecting any massive steps ahead of the competition, but as we have seen throughout today's review there just isn't a chink in the Strix.

That conclusion was perfectly true and it's about bloody time someone realized that. Well said Tom.Quote

Thanks for this review, very thorough as usual! Been waiting quite some time to pull the trigger on a R5 1600 build and i think this is my perfect motherboard for it. The only thing stopping me from getting the Gigabyte board was the VRM temp issues you mentioned in your review and this board doesnt seem to have them.

Just wondering though, did you by any chance get your hands on the b350-i? Wanting to know if its really worth paying extra for the x370 when for all my needs, they offer the same things...Quote

I wondered that too, I was just settled in for a nice juicy TTL conclusion rant and BOOM end of video. I've still got biscuits and half a cuppa left!Quote
