After the excellent showing in x265 it isn't so much of a surprise to see the HEVC results looking equally great. By now we're almost expecting greatness. But let's move on to some system-wide benchmarks.

Thanks for this review, very thorough as usual! Been waiting quite some time to pull the trigger on a R5 1600 build and i think this is my perfect motherboard for it. The only thing stopping me from getting the Gigabyte board was the VRM temp issues you mentioned in your review and this board doesnt seem to have them.
Just wondering though, did you by any chance get your hands on the b350-i? Wanting to know if its really worth paying extra for the x370 when for all my needs, they offer the same things...Quote
