It would be easy to bemoan the Strix falling at the final hurdle, but as you have seen throughout our testing today, of all the X470 motherboards, the actual numbers are so tightly bunched that it almost doesn't matter which you pick, so we're not going to be harsh on it for a tenth of a frame here and there leading it to be at the bottom of this particular graph.

MATX is dying and ITX really hasn't caught on as much as people who liked it thought it would. It's quite easy to decipher that big company who knows what sells and yet is not making MATX boards. What is the reason? simple - they don't sell. So they are going to make what does sell, and in this case full ATX boards.Quote
