Lastly our gaming benchmarks are the real world application of the results we’ve seen on the preceding two pages. Civilization VI is all about how long it takes to calculate a complex turn. Far Cry 5 is a good all-rounder. Shadow of the Tomb Raider stretches every facet of your setup. Total Warhammer II has a simple and complex battle scene and we’re testing both. We’re also showing the average FPS as well as the minimum FPS, with the minimum being good for indicating smoothness. Nobody likes a stutter after all. As well as here we'll separate them into individual games on the following pages, for clarity's sake and to also sort them via the aforementioned minimum FPS instead of average as we're doing here.
