In both Cinebench R20 and Cinebench R23, we can see that AMD’s Ryzen 9 7950X effectively delivers identical levels of single-threaded performance at all TDPs, but in all-core workloads we can see how lowered power draws impact the overall performance of AMD’s Ryzen 9 7950X. 

We can see that AMD’s Ryzen Master 65W Eco mode has a massive drop in multi-threaded performance in both tests, and that the drop from 105W to 65W results in a much larger performance drop than the drop from 170W to 105W.
