B350 Tomahawk Arctic mATX
The mATX version is, as you might expect, the same as the Tomahawk ATX but in a more compact package. What we really like is that MSI have eschewed the grey stripes on the mATX version so that you get a truly white motherboard if that is what you're after. There isnt a heatsink at the top of the board compared to the full ATX and after a quick call, MSI told us these mosfets are to feed power to the SOC side of the CPU (memory basically) so shouldnt really ever get stressed THAT hard. About the only element we will take issue with both of the B350 Tomahawk Arctic editions is the decision to go with red plastics in the IO portion at the back. USB 3.0 ports are blue by default, and we've seen enough blue PS2 connectors that the decision to go with red plastics must have been a deliberate one. Quite why MSI chose to go with something the absolute - we almost said polar but that would have been a pun too far - opposite of the theme of the rest of the motherboard is a question best answered by themselves.

Funny you mention white builds I was looking around today for a nice case for my system, looked at the NZXT white and black H440

It is a very nice case if you decide to go with it. My brother and I built his rig into that case about 5 years ago and it has not once given us a problem, install was easy and TONS of room inside that case for parts. Also very good cable management holes and surprisingly a good amount of space on the backside to tuck cables and hide them away
