Overclocking

Overclocking on the MSI MEG Z490 Unify wasn't as smooth as we might have hoped. So far with our overclock testing we've got 5.2 GHz from our Core i9-10900K on nearly everything, with a peak overclock of 5.4 GHz across all ten cores, albeit too hot and not stable enough to run throughout testing. With the Unify no matter how much voltage we pumped into our test CPU - and the Unify has more than enough power to pump more than you'll ever need without breaking a sweat - we couldn't get it stable above 5.1 GHz. This will naturally have an effect in our benchmark results, as until now all the overclock results are with a 5.2 GHz speed.
