VRM Temperatures

As the VRM temperatures are an area everyone is focussing upon of late it's good to see that the Carbon gave us some low temperatures at stock, and the lowest ones at overclocked that we've seen. Of course we have to note that the lower VRM temperatures were matched up with slightly higher CPU temperatures, so it failed just as often as the others. In real-world scenarios it will be bulletproof though, because nothing stresses the system like OCCT and Prime95.

So are you going to review the MSI X299 XPower Gaming AC next (since you already previewed it and piqued our curiosity)?Quote

Not 'next' no dude. It should be fairly soon though. Could of other things in the queue first.Quote

The SLi plus has the same issue with overclocking too. Pretty sure a bios update will sort it. It's not like MSI to be behind the pack.Quote
