MSI Z370 Godlike Gaming Review

MSI Z370 Godlike Gaming Review

Introduction

Whenever a new product is launched we always work day and night to ensure that you have the largest possible selection of day one material to peruse, the most reviews, the best comparisons.

For us this means a week or more of lengthy days and ‘that must be dawn’ nights, but for you we appreciate that your time is valuable so rather than force you to reread a selection of things you’ve already read when we covered the MSI Z370 Godlike Gaming in our preview earlier this week, we will get straight down to the benchmarks. That way we aren’t repeating ourselves and you aren’t having to guess where to skip ahead to get to the new content.

If you happen to have arrived here via a search engine or link and want to be brought up to speed on all the many high end features that festoon the Godlike, you can find our preview here. That covers the looks and features of both the motherboard itself and the Z370 chipset in general, so you’ll be fully armed with the facts necessary to indulge yourself in the raw score results.

Technical Specifications

As you would expect from a motherboard with the brazen title of Godlike, the MSI Z370 Godlike Gaming comes with anything and everything that has found its way onto modern PCBs. With support for SLI and CrossfireX via 4 PCI Express 3.0 x16 slots it could form the backbone of even the most extreme gaming system, whilst the combination of three Gigabit LAN ports and AC WiFi keep you connected no matter how strenuous the situation. Elsewhere some blistering DDR4 speeds and a wide selection of USB ports ensure that you will never run out of bandwidth. Lastly the Godlike has some serious lighting tricks up its sleeve to ensure that the action in your case is as pretty as that onscreen.
