Metro Exodus

Metro Exodus
Along with Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Control, Metro Exodus is one of a triumvirate of games in our test suite that takes full advantage of all your graphical hardware can offer. With Ray Tracing and DLSS support along with the gritty, post-apocalyptic aesthetic for which 4A Games are famed, it is a great title with which to flex the power of your new graphics card. The first graph is all resolutions in 'plain' mode. The second graph with Ray Tracing.

Other people have said in their review that they think something is wrong on the driver and/or firmware side, A card with a fair chunk more under the hood should perform better, Not match a lower tier card or just slightly edge it out in certain titles, Unless RDNA2 really doesn't scale well like AMD said in the past and there are diminishing returns beyond a certain CU count.Quote
Great review Tom !

There's diminishing returns for overclocks as well. Hitting 2.8Ghz is nice, but it only introduces a little extra performance.

Overclocking works well providing you keep the thing cool, failing that it is a case of diminishing returns because of throttling.Quote
When the Asus Strix 6900 XT LC turns up it will be a beast because of the AIO unit it comes with.

Lets just hope the pump on it doent make a horrible whining noise like all the EVGA AIO cards..Quote
They look like pro cards, no bells, whistles or blinky LEDs. Its been a while since I really liked an AMD reference card design.Quote
