ASUS GTX980 SLI Review

Tomb Raider

Another game, another win for the GTX980 SLI. Particularly stunning is the 1440P result, only 50FPS behind the 1080P result, both of which are a mile ahead of anything else.

This might seem like a dumb question but I always thought that the SLI/X-Fire bridge had to be on the fingers closest to the I/O of a card yet in the pics you have them on the second finger or doesn't it matter? Oh and nice review BTWQuote

Nope it doesnt matter and if you think about it the reason I put it there is there is a vent for hot air right there, so by putting it further away it has the direct route out the vents at the back of the case like they are designed for....Quote

Nice one Guv, I think the main stand point for me was that power draw! 2 cards are only 41 Watt greater than the 290X, What!!?! That is stonking efficiency.Quote
