Corsair Neutron XTi 960GB SSD Including RAID-0 Review

In ATTO we can see that the Corsair Neutron XTi is among the fastest SATA SSDs that we have tested, offering speeds which are exactly the same as what Corsair’s own specification state. 

When looking at read speeds the Corsair XTi 960GB tops our graph of SATA SSDs, which is an impressive feat given how competitive the SSD industry has become. One thing worth noting is that at this time 1TB M.2 SSDs are rare and 2TB drives are pretty much impossible, with Corsair’s Neutron XTi series both 2TB and 1TB versions are currently available.  

When two of these SSDs are operating in Riad 0 we can see that the sequential read and write speeds of these SSDs almost double, offering write performance that is almost identical to Kingston’s HyperX Predator M.2 SSD.
