Shadow of the Tomb Raider
Lara has been a firm fixture in our benchmark suite for as long as we can remember. Shadow might have had a mixed response as it took Miss Croft out of both her and the players comfort zones – particularly if the player hadn’t tried Rise of the Tomb Raider, but there is no denying the graphical splendour available from the Foundation engine. It brings Ray Tracing and DLSS to compatible hardware, and we’re testing in every possible combination. The first graph is all resolutions in 'plain' mode. The second graph with Ray Tracing on, and the third graph with Ray Tracing and DLSS on and off to demonstrate performance changes.

Not to detract from that, there is zero here or in the other two that makes me stifle the yawns. Coolers with the last fan half/three-quarters overhanging and all, TUF apart, tacky placcy. If all the partner cards are going to be this naff, if I pull the trigger it will be FE all the way; if I need more performance or to keep the heat down, I'll put a block on it.Quote
