It wasn't that long ago that Fire Strike was basically a slide show for any of us who didn't own a quad-GPU setup, but like the best of the 3D Mark tests it was a great indication of future performance and the GTX 1080 Ti shows how far we've come and, in this particular test, how much performance is still to be unlocked by an overclock. Nearly 10% extra in the 4K version on top of the already meaty 33% improvement between the stock nVidia GTX 1080 and GTX 1080 Ti.

Great review as normal, but something im wondering about the benchmarks that you did, wasnt the vega shown doing over 60 fps in 4k, could this be why nvidia have basically destroyed there titan with the ti ?Quote

With Vega 4K you dont know what the other settings were. We max our games out. You cant compare one results to another without identical rigs and game settings.Quote
