MSFS is massively demanding on hardware, and if you’re the type of pilot who really wants long draw distances and sweeping vistas in 4K then you need a huge amount of graphical horsepower to fully appreciate it. Thankfully as it is more of a leisurely flight rather than the intensity of something like DCS World, huge framerates are not as vital. If you run in 1440P anything bigger than the RTX 2070 will be buttery smooth, and the 4000 series leverages DLSS 3 and Framegen to great effect.
