Many manufacturers have a logo that defines that particular product, and often they are more complicated than is necessary. The Hellhound branding is certainly impactful and perfect for stickers or a T-Shirt. Hey PowerColor...
The Hellhound card itself is here in Spectral White format, with two large fans surrounding a smaller central one. There is no denying that it's very white. We're particularly keen on the simplicity of the fan shroud. No needless vents, slashes or creases. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder of course, but we like it very much.
The backplate continues this "simple but effective" design philosophy with an acre of white and that bold Hellhound logo. It's nice to see that the concept of a vent in the back to assist with airflow to the top half of your case has continued on this design too. It's more helpful than the cynical of you might believe when it comes to keeping your CPU temperatures a little lower than they might be with a regular "system partition" style card.
As a beefy RX 6700 XT the Hellhound has two 8pin PCIe power inputs. You can also get a good look at the size of the heatsinks keeping everything cool.
It's touches like this that always score points with us. Rather than just sticking a white cooler on an otherwise plain PCB, PowerColor have gone the extra mile and given us a white PCB too. Sure in the great scheme of things it makes no difference, but it's a sign of attention to detail.
If you're one of those people who prefer your system to be dark and brooding then you'll be pleased to note the switch that lets you turn off the lighting in one go. Just be careful not to catch it when installing the card and RMA it needlessly.
A closer look at the carefully designed heatsink and attractive white PCB on teh Hellhound. Not a cat hair of room left unused.
Lastly around the business end we have one HDMI 2.1 - 8K60 bandwidth fact fans - and three DisplayPort 1.4s for your multi-display loveliness.
