The Witcher 3 is the only game that we tested where Smart Access Memory/ Resizable BAR support didn't have a positive impact on game performance. Again, this shows that Smart Access Memory isn't a magical performance-boosting technology, though it is good to see that the performance loss is minimal here. Hopefully, performance degradation like this can be minimised or eliminated with future Radeon Software releases.

Some X470 and B450 boards do, I wouldn't expect the full functionality though as the boards are quite literally missing the hardware needed for full PCI-E 4 support.
