It’s been three games and Watch Dogs still hasn’t quite lived up to its promise, but Legion is much closer than either of the previous two titles were to fulfilling the ‘hack the world’ tagline. It’s a Ubisoft game so you know what you're getting out of it. You can run with ray-tracing but for performance reasons we're leaving that off. Smooth trumps a tiny bit of graphical gloss.
